MY mxbox can't connect any BB5 phone (ANSWERED)

Anyone help my MX BOX work anly with dct4 via eazy cabe but deosn't work on BB5 phone,

try unninstal and install aplication.clean usb port connect ur box with mxkey i believe

must use FW 00.50 and above.
