lat me tell you some info about the phone.before flashing the phone with cycl***ne

the phone was recognized cycl***ne have killed my phone.

and i did not get any help from them.

what interface for flashing that you try to use on mxkey?
for your case, use any saras box is preferred (UFS, NBOX, ect)
