The driver cannot be installed (mx-Box) (SOLVED)


The driver cannot be installed (mx-Box)



i try to install the driver but all was my pc sad,
the driver cannot be installed because itis either not digitally signed or not signed in the appropriate manner. Contact your hardware vendor

then i remove mx software & delete Mx folder in computer C partition restart my pc & install mx soft.

But same !

then i update my HTI

But same problem.

what version you used? try to uninstall current version used and delete mobileex folder. download and install version 3.5 rev 1.5

Can u see, my problem is not same with other one

device manager:
1. Right click on HTI uninstall those unrecognized device.
2. Restart PC.
3. Install again 3.5rev1.5, choose all drivers option.
Make sure your HTI is plugged in

this should be very easy

Same problem here on one laptop. Maybe conflicts with other box or just old windows with usb port problems. In other laptop and PC working fine

uninstall again on device manager.

after uninstall device driver, need to reboot.
after reinstall device, need to reboot.

this is should be done because your driver cache already messed up :/

finally Done my job !
i use my own solution !

Go --- C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRVSTORE
& delete all HTI drivers folder like this !,




install mx software !
All done.
now its work fine !
