E5 error flashing via usb (ANSWERED)
 
i try to flash via usb i have this error any solution!!! please:(

Make sure USB cable, Battery and charger are removed from device.
Insert USB cable, Battery back to device(make sure to have fully charged battery).

hi,
what is the phone condition?
make sure you're using USB 2.0 host.
- plug cable directly to pc port, never use any hub.
