Mate your logs shows that your Phone SL is crupted and as it is SL3 and SL can not be repaired so if you have an healthy backup of your RPL restore it otherwise you have to buy RPL to solve the problem.

presss restore IMEI if you have any backup.
and if no:
contact Fast Unlocking
make deal and send to him your .ask file.
