I just ask if it can be unlocked as I am very new to MXKey and do not understand fully the BB5 models supported I can read all evening to learn, but customer will be gone then I already use Scan and Bus Check and here are results  |

The hash is unsupported maybe?? C70CB07324056BC66A824347F40DB2D5 Also, when it says "This is SL3 phone(Simlock2 format)", does this mean it cannot be unlocked? |

Will read through that I see the post following the one you linked to is for DCT4+ unlocking I had 2310 today and could not get it to unlock Would "Direct Unlock" have been automatically ticked and maybe I need to remove tick and use old method for 2310? |

old dct4+ patching method is obsolete. you should use rsa method instead. if it could be unlocked, try to erase it's eeprom first by get address, untick safe erase, select eeprom. BR | |
