MX Key Credits

Manole,
I activated an MX key a few months ago and now i am losing credits. Is there anything wrong?

The Serial no is C0822EE4. Actually i dont know the reseller but a guy in Ghana, Kumasi travels to China and bring this gsm products so he bought it from there.

You are not losing any credits, you are using them because you do not have
enough credits to get all services unlimited.
You need to have minimum 100 dct4+ credits to get unlimited usage for this service.

You need to have 100 bb5 credits and 100 dct4+ credits if you need unlimited usage.

Consumption is normal when you have less then this.
