Try Hard Reset,

Press & hold these 3 keys together:

- Green dial key
- * key
- 3 key

Then press the Power ON Switch of your Phone,

Do not let go the three keys until you see the "formatting" screen displayed,

If not Solve, then it means it's Hardware & need Selftest Logs.
