hi,
- use different flash loader from 'config' menu, untick 'auto...'
- check phone hardware: bad flash chip, reflow.

imei is OK
.................

i faced this problem many times that imei shows 000000 at boot fut aftyer flash imei remain OK

........................

try different cables - ur cable is not competible

Just flash with Hwk or another flasher. Problem will be solved and imei will be 100% ok. For interrupted flash imei shows this kind of 0000000.
