Set your anti virus to allow all mobileex folder and all it sub folder.
Delete C:\mobileEx, reinstall 3.5rev2.0

Add Mxkey Folder to Exception list of Antivirus,

Check Firewall of your AV,

Now Uninstall Mxkey Application & again Install it, will solve yours.
