Error : Phone not found - GSM-Forum

Hi
i have received yesterday an mxkey
i have mxkey , ufs+hwk and jaf box
i install lastest software version but when i press "scan" o "phone info " ore try to read anythink of the phone the software don't find the box

I try with n95 8gb UFC cable connected correctly (work with sarasoft software)

n70 ufs jaf cable
old nokia 2100 ufs jaf cable

Help me please

What happens when you press "BUS check" when you have a phone connected? What does the program say? And what does the phone display?

yes i think the server soon well be back .........

if i press "bus check" it seem work .. some text in the mobilex windows (now i can't post the result ) , and the phone (n95 8gb) switc on !
