error in smart card ditection in new mxbox help - GSM-Forum

hi there new mxbox user pls help me in
always sign application mode in running the mx software i have already downloaded the
mxbox 3.4.20 and
HTI_Drivers_V1
HTI WinXP Smartcard Drivers V1
but allways got same error signapplication mode and doesnot detecting smartcard but when i try removed card and insert to green dongle smart card detected and managed to sign application and run the software 3.4.2.0

now i wanted to run may smart card in my new hti box what will i do?

i have all ready uninstall and re install 3.4.2.0

is any other smart card or e-gate card pluged into ur pc ?? if yes remove & plug only mx-key smart card dongle then make sign application.

if same check d system properties for any conflict with other hardware . u may also plug d card on another usb port of ur pc then check.

p.s don't use any usb hub , plug d card directly into usb port of ur pc.

hi,
make sure that HTI device is recognized on windows device maanger.

you also no need to put your card into mxbox.
you can still use your dongle, just select HTI on interface selection.

same problem with me... try it with 2 desktop and 2 laptop but when i insert smart card in new hti mx box only shows sign application.. but when inserted in dongle works fine.. i have 2 mxkey dongle but still can't detect smart card in mxbox?
