ERROR: Socket operation on nonsocket - GSM-Forum

I have mxkey user long time and it ıs work good but ı have download new setup file this morning ( mobileEx_setup_v3.3_rev1.8_20100415_ )
Install it..
Program is open but not Sign Application
Always error this:

Connecting server ...
ERROR: Socket operation on nonsocket

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM....

And program ıs very slow open reinstall again but problem is not improve

ı update it now thıs error is server problem ( Connecting server ... ERROR: Socket operation on nonsocket)
But not open exe now.......

same here... either server or not activated. ??????

but Sign Application reset the exe and not open it again and error on picture...

ERROR : Library version outdated, required version: 1.0.0.8000 or never !

you can uninstall all from in pc (mx key)includling new dct plus unlock ok then re install old step, mobileEx_setup_v3.3_rev1.7
