hi
before activate dct4plus i have
[CR1] DCT4PLUS remaining credit: 33
[CR2] BB5 remaining credit: 17
[CR3] SL3 remaining credit: 0

after update i have the same(the activation is in the 24hours)
is this correct?

because i have other mx-key with dct4plus active
[CR1] DCT4PLUS remaining credit: 100
[CR2] BB5 remaining credit: 100
[CR3] SL3 remaining credit: 0

and in the support i see the actvation of dct4plus
in this mx-key don`t see that acivation in support

If MXKEY have 100 bb5 credits and 100 dct4 credits will be full and unlimited.

If you have less then this credits, credits will consume for each operation you do.

your first Mx Key is not fully activated and not unlimited.....

so i understand that DCT4PLUS License is not needed, just need 100 dcta plus and 100 bb5 credits.

why activate dct4 plus?

Go to your reseller who sold you activation/credits and ask him what username he used for this.

We can chk if you lost credits only if you give us your reseller USERNAME, and this USERNAME only your reseller know it.

After your reseller inform you, post the USERNAME in this thread.

Contact them for more support. There is not such username as reseller in MXKEY cpanel.

They are not authorized resellers, next time buy from authorized reseller listed in here:
