Fire Agent 1.3 shows problem on NOKIA FIRMWARE download from PRODUCTION EXTERNAL

please help ,how to solve??

please change your host to care suite.
production external is closed.

fire agent not show the file i have fire agent 1.3 i salekt the model he give eror as upon and i salect host care suit
