what is the meaning of this error ?

i am unable to install the mxkey

when i open mxtool and press info , it gives me this error ...

please help ..

i purchase it today ..

hello,
please exclude mxkey on your anti virus program.
or disable it temporary.

after using the latest version

mobileEx_setup_v3.2_rev2.2

and installing latest drivers of mxkey , it is working fine
