good evening i have a problem on installing my HTI MXbox at the end it always say's "this device cannot start. (CODE 10)

action taken:
install and uninstall 3 times
reboot PC
system restore
try to dL. mobileEx_setup_v3_5_rev1_4__20111008_.exe
mobileEx_setup_v3_5_rev1_3_.exe
mobileEx_setup_v3_5_rev1_2_.exe
install and uninstall but no luck still the same issue

first u need to install HTI SmartCard Reader after this will work.

hi,
you HTI box firmware is old.
install 3.5rev1.4, use mobileex.exe to update HTI.

- ignore about driver installation.
- unplug HTI from PC
- open mobileex.exe, press update HTI
- plug HTI immediately.
