Is green hti-box phased out? - GSM-Forum

Just want to know from MX-KEY team whether the green colour hti box is phased out after mxkey update 3.5 rev 1.7 came out. I have 1 green with two other friends with same colour not able to use their boxes after updating to version 3.5 rev 1.7.

The problem is:

BB5 Old Protocol

Please answer me clearly so i know whether i should buy another box and what is the reason of phasing out the green hti box if it is so.

Looks like you got malfunctioned chip.

Thanks Gbluez for this reply, i and two other users of hti box have this same problem and we almost concluded that you have phased out the green colour hti box. Shall test and send them back to our reseller to change for us.
