it say

No Security Dongle detected

new update needed

before it was better manole

bro. no problem, just update smart card reader from device manager & do as i mention in this image 1 & 2 step by step.

if only green light blinking .... no red light on....
updade with updater ... may problem solved..

i had same problem before ... after update solved.

- check that drivers are correctly installed
- check card contact and the card holder
