Hi, I have many problems installing the HTI interface by connecting the device to the PC it always appears enabled devices often unknown. I downloaded the drivers for this forum and I tried with drivers available HTI path C: \ mobileEx \ 3.5 \ data \ drivers \ HTI. but always I have the same problem.

I am one week trying to install this device, but I only managed to appear on 2 occasions HTI interface, but does not the card reader. and unplug the device and reconnect, is no longer detected HTI interface, it is unknown device.

I tried 4 PC with 4 different USB cables but always the same prblem. I formatted my PC and reinstalled Windows XP and have not achieved anything.

please HELP

hi,
install mobileex 3.5rev1.2, you will find inside C:\mobileEx\3.5, HTIUpdate.exe.
- open HTIUpdate.exe
- do not plug HTI to computer.
- click Update HTI
- plug USB cable immediately
- wait until it done.

on any error, select different server from setting.
