For "Sorry, but your card is not assigned (c=0)!" issue,
Send back to your reseller, only the one who sell you the dongle can help you.
Ask them for card replacement. Those cards are NOT REGISTERED on our activation server. Ask them why.

when card serial number is activated in server.
