dear use new usb cable and chag usb hub

connect box then run mobileEx 3.5 (rev2.1) then Update HTI will solve

alreeady use mobileEx 3.5 (rev2.1)

try same problam bro,................

unplug the box then connect again then press HTI update just follow the instruction i have same issue with that i use my box in different 3 pc and i solve buy HTI update then Restart App

I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM today

1- insert smart card to one card reader or pkey reader connect to computer and open the mobileEx 3.5

2- when the mobileEx 3.5 is open conect the hti to the pc

3.update hti

go to x:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\card\FT2K

anstall this instDrv_stdRK200.exe
