help me to activate my mxkey - GSM-Forum

Hi I tried to register my mxkey it shows me following error
External exception C000001D
SystemErrorMessage: The operation completed successfully.
It shows starting card activation but hang on it.
I am using software mobileEx 3.2 rev 2.
I got password on my email but can't login on server using this password.
I tried to reset my password using forgot password but server didn't send me new password either.
I can't open nokia service tool after connecting to my UFS.
It hang but i can open nokia tool without connecting to any device.
Please help me

yes i use symentec. I tried uninstalling antivirus but problem is same. It didn't activated and i can't login to support server from the programme. I disable my antivirus and desable my firewll but still i can't access support server.
Please help me.

v3.2 revision 1.3, Public-Release
