MY HTI BOX CAN'T detect mx sim card its show "No Security Dongle detected"
when I put my OLD MXKEY DONGLE SIM its Running OK and Flash ALL phones and other hand When I put My HTI SIM into MY MXkey Dongle its Say's again "No Security Dongle detected' that means my HTI sim is Damage so kindly Help me how to recover my HTI sim or How to transfer my hti credit to my old mxkey

If you sure that you installed HTI drivers properly, contact your reseller and exchange your HTI.

What you say here is confusing even for me, you do not make difference on mxkey, mxbox, mxcard .... try reformulate.
