1. Uninstall your Card driver
2. Disconnect your card and reconnect. Install driver..
3. If step 1 & 2 works so your dongle is ok. if still not work with software so contact your reseller .....

your system hav wifi modem?
if yes,uninstall modem driver and chek mxkey
if need,re install mxkey exe

Also if nokia Phoenix is running You get no security dongle detected...
Solution, shutdown Phoenix (check with taskmanager its not running)..

brother just change your sim reader it will b 100% ok tested by me
