Help Me Pruduct supporter error running Nokia Module? (ANSWERED)

I bought MX BOX i installed new V3.5 R1.3 but when i open Nokia Module it hangs on 28% other modules working good whats the problem see image below

try re-installing mxkey and did u update the box or not?
try again and problem will get solved

sir i wait for 10 mins after that mx key returns to main menu

disconnect from internet, try to re-open it.
if problem still exist:

- remove any previous version of mxkey, remove them all. delete C:\mobileEx.
- reinstall http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f550...luded-1323642/
- EXCLUDE it from your anti virus program.

I had a same problem. Has solved its removal of a file phoneIdentity.ini from a folder with module Nokia C:\mobileEx\3.5\modules \{3EBAF427-9F55-419F-8A75-385DFC651169}

ok, we noticed now.
there are some pc that can not handle default phone generation filtering configuration properly. after deleting that config file, all works.

don't have slow pc here. that problem only come with older pc.

lolz ... but why with my pc its have latest Bord ( Intel DH67VR) with I3 processor I3 . With Win7

Friend, I find solution
If phone is connected with box show it

1. If condition of phone is good
-> It open

2. If condition of phone is bad
-> Show, Please wait.

Reason: If connected, Then software try to scan phone before open module. i.e. automatically select model and market.

condition of phone is such that, it does not responding , Software shows "Please Wait". Failed to open it.

Note: I succed this type of phones when I flash it in manual mode.


Please Solve it in next update.
