help for my firt mxkey use

register ok, but when i like to unlock e71

scan ok soft read phone

but when unlock i had this massage

"device IO error :acces refusé code :5"and massage " confirmation :interface was forcible diconnected "

box erreur :0000
box fw version :FF.FF

i wait your help

failed to get key
reading simlock info

what do you think ebout this problem !!!!!!!!!!!

ok but i can't unlock e71 too, ( i had unlocked it by by free zola soft )
regiser ok the pass sended by email i d'nt need and use it whay
