help phone auto off - GSM-Forum

i need help in bb5 phones which gets auto off after 10 or 30 minutes after unlock. someone told me that this is watchdog problem and can resolved with rpl only.as i have 6233 with config 00000000 and provider is ok .customer step in with this set after unlock from somewhere and set gets off after 10 minutes. i tried it with backup rpl,reset npc,write pm,restore imei and full factory reset. but failed to repair the problem .there are many sets in market with this problem. please help . thanks in advance.
