dear members..im a new user of mxkey ..i wana know how we register and use it ..i have downloaded mobile ex software ..when i open this software it dont detect the key ...but when i open jaaf software directly...it shows its serial number...pls guide me...thanks in adfvance........

PS:
although registration required for all users including for old user with replacement cards, FREE 1000 credits is only for new user.
old user already got their free rpl when first time they bought the dongle.

dear i have done all but when i open the software mobile ex software no security dongle detected appear........then how i register the mx key....pls explain.......my mxkey is ok or not?

or if it doesnt work try to plug your MXkey dongle into another USB port into your PC sir.......

Are you sure they did not sell you a JAF Pkey instead of MX-key?

yes maybe they did sell you JAF pkey......

instead of MXkey.....because MXkey smart card doesnt work on JAF software.........

What is the MXKEY serial number written on the card and who is your reseller?
