r u sure..? i think not.. cause this is an old dct4 phone and ufs or jaf can do it. probably mxkey can do it also but not tested yet..

I have changed the IMEI with JAF and phone displayed by *#06# new imei, but UEM imei is old !!

so you want to change UEM imei or patch the *#06#?

there are not exist anytool that able to change otp state.

dear friends
no way to change the Imei without changing the UEM because it is one only time to write the Imei on it.
