note:
if mxkey give a warn "avoid sw downgrade.." on buscheck, so, forget about it.

After click downgrade and flashed a lower version of firmware I didn't get the phone work, but "phone not responding" and RAP PAPUBKEYS is blank/erased. How to solve?

hi,
you can try to use BB5 downgrade fix, located n quick fix tab.

not all bb5 phone support firmware downgrade, one of the reason is: new hardware configuration that not supported by old firmware.
perhaps you got this on your case. if it so, all you need to do is normal firmware upgrade.
