how to flash or save contact of bb5 - GSM-Forum

I had downloaded and install the latest version of mx key 3.5 2.1 , as I was flashing and saving the contact of bb5 models in my old version of mx key , I cannot find how to flash and save the contact of bb5 model in the new version of mx key 3.5 2.1 , please say how to do that in this version , as I am using ufs box , or say how can I save the contact of bb5 in ufs hwk , as I donot have any other box rather than ufs , please help me thank you

Madam, no need any box just install latest PC Suite if not & export all contacts from phone to PC, after flashing again import the saved contacts from PC to phone, it's very easy Madam.

thank you brother I had downloaded pc suite , but in my mobile case I cannot connect mobile by infrared , bluetooth , or cable , I can only connect by ufs box as cable track may not be working , only I can read mobile by ufs box flashing cable , is there any other way to save phone memory , or can I save in ufs software , please help me

Contact from which phone, can you specify the phone model.

make a proper connection between PC suite and corresponding phone.

use correct handset manager + correct interface / cable.
