how to identify sl2 or sl3 and 15digits or 20 digits - GSM-Forum

firstly can anyone help me step by step how to identify sl2,sl3 and sl3-15digits or 20 digits.i tried all possible way to identify i cant do that for dct4 x-gold phones.when i use usb mode it ask for mcu.just to identify phone status do we have to download each firmwares for every phones?

next question is i read a c1-01/c2-02/asha201 with sl3 logger usb mode it gave me sha file in mobileEx/3.5/data/sl3/XGOLD_RM-692_359*********161 and i have uploaded for unlocking.tried lots to identify
sl3 15 digits or 20 digits could not find.i geussed its all sl3 phones as sl3 logger can identify and produce sha files.But wether its 15 or 20 digits i cant identify.will the server reject it if 20 digits or it give a wrong code?

finaly i want to know is it possible to cancel order anytime before it is finished.Will i get credits back if i cancel?sometime customers dispute arise and i am in situation to retur phone back.

Tick Show Extended Logs on Nokia Main Application Settings,

Will get full Logs for whether Phone is SL2/SL3, 15/20 Digits NCK & Camera DCC indentification,

Next is, your XGold Phone's Hash will not be read by Software, if 20 Digits NCK.
