how to remove 3120c security code by usb?


can it be done i only have usb interface at the moment

i have flashed with latest version but still code not removed

You can use this method if you are short of fbus data cable or if you dont mind regarding data and contacts.

Total Reset or Hard Reset
This option restores the original operating system from the ROM.
Formats the C: partition and deletes all data including the memory
card. Key Code *#7370# (click this combination of keys on the keyboard
in the mobile)

Important: To proceed to reset, the battery must be full and the
mobile device connected to the charger. If during the course of reset,
the mobile stop receiving electricity it can ruin the internal flash
memory of the mobile device and stop function.

power on phone
insert usb cable from phone to pc
dont forget to install phone driver for surely detected

i cant go to the keypad. as soon as the phone turns on it asks for the code

Try this also connect ur switch on position thn select port of tht set as interface. Thn scan ur set thn only reset ur security code. I had tried in nokia 2700c got success.
u try and post result.

..::Brother it's possible in new version(1.8) you need flash your phone with higher version and then reset all with USB::..

on/off + * + 3


but first press and keep holding * and 3 then press on/off button

on 'nokia usb rom' as interface, select phone firmware, do buscheck.
after phone powered up and scanned, 'service' tab will be activated.

still doesnt works just says failed. after i do bus check at the end it say phone not responding. when you got to reset user code it just failed
