Updating SIMLOCK(PA_SL3)...error 0x17
Trying to write SIMLOCK as PM(PA_SL3)...OK
missing NPC data in the RPL file, CERT write skipped.

Bro.

Your NPC Data in RPL is not present or Invalid,

Post you Backup RPL here, want to check whether Backed-Up properly or not,

Check IMEI from Phone back side & manually check whether same IMEI Backup RPL present in 1 of the Both folder here,
C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\backup\RPL
OR
C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\backup

So please upload your Backup RPL here for assistance.

Your backup file is incomplete. (made by usb will not have valid NPC)
ALL RAPIDO based phone should be handled with FBUS to access RAP Certificate area.

but after flashing my imei change to 12345610654321?
i have no backup how can i get an rpl file for my imei....

Bro.

Your Phone is bricked & only Factory RPL is option,

So search in Main Sales Section & Buy Factory RPL.
