HTI-BOX; can't read nokia c2-01 sl3 hash (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

Here is the log of the hti-box which can't read nokia sl3 hash by using fbus,
pls mates help me whats wrong with this matter, or is it not supported by hti-box?

check you cable, i had same problem with nokia x6
This has nothing to green or orange hti-box
I chage my cable and everyting is ok now

now am facing problem in uploading the hash file to the server
i have only one job pending and i have enough credits in my account,
but am getting minimum balance error in uploading the hash file,
i realy don't know whats wrong with my account,
please mxkey team help me to solve this error,

may be the server may be down or there is abig work load for the team i have noticed that since in the morning the work i uploaded yesterday has more than 26hrs which has never happened before
