Red face HTI BOX ERROR: Packet Error(0xAA), code 0xC1000003 ISSUE AFTER UPDATE (ANSWERED)


Hey dear team can you help here i did update my box last month to firmware o.50 using MXKEY 3.5 rev 1.6 all was o.k till 2day i did synchromize and realise they was a 7.2mb update then i did after that i clicked by thougth it was necessary to update the box as well which i did updated to 0.50 again.
After restarting the application i tried to work on a nokia 5130c which i tried on the same box yesterday and was readind and flashing o.k but today after the apdate the box is giving me this error"
ERROR: Packet Error(0xAA), code 0xC1000003"
on any phone i try to check.can u please help team it is so urgent.

i have same problem , 3.5 - rev 1.6 and fw 0.50 few days working well , but after second update fw HTI yesterday box F-bus mode not work ...
i have "green HTI " ... ( BCP 69 is OK !)

if your box has warranty then plz replace to resseler otherwise buy a new one that is MX BOX ORANGE.....this is only your option

Bro. we asking for team to check for the firm ware update they have on server cause this is the only responsible of what is happening to our box after update.this is not our fault or hardware issue.
Why do we have to buy an other box,did we get this one for free???
I personaly used the MX dongle then i bought HTI box coz the dongle was getting uselles and now i have to buy a new box cause there is a new product???Hell no!!! MX team must fixe for us this issue cause this is from theiy server update,none of this is our fault and we are their customers they should treat us well.

but your option is to send it back to reseller for a FREE exchange.

it's 6 months warranty.

i agree with what u are saying sir but let me remind you of something:this box is 4and half month old only and you can check the serial#,this is one of the old ipmart HTI box u blocked and unblocked later on then asked as to stay away from IP-mart HTI products which self i'm followig.But now u are asking me to go back to IP-mart who is not your reseller anymore and ask for a replacement???Are you trying to punish your supporters or help them and tell them what to avoid in future???cause buying from IP-mart was not to support IP-mart but MX-KEY product so why dont you guys accept the mistake made with IP-mart and Help your supporters but in stead your are pushing them away one by one????
