HTI box firmware 00.07 and 00.08 can't connect with DCT4 and BB5

i use firmware 00.07 still not good and now i update to 00.08 it still not good
Pls check MXkey team.

- Repeat the procedure. Sometimes it is a matter of temporary communication problem or similar.
- Check that all used cable are solid without any visible damage and have good contact. If possible, try with other cables.
- On rare occasions phone might be damaged or dead. So, if possible, try with another phone.

yes i do it already but still not good
it the same problem cant connect dct4 and bb5
and when close soft and then restart still not good.

uninstall all and re install fresh installation and make sure u install drivers correctly and if needed manually in device manager , then update hti box and check restart make sure you unplug box from usb port and re plug in after installation and update.

This is a problem with USB cable
use a good cable
Ps: this happens always with J*/f, who need more power
