but before 3.5 (rev 2.1) it was working fine after update box dead how please do some thing

Bro. You have used HTI box with NXP Chip Hardware Malfunctioned without checked for it or after checked & ignored, so this is result, already cleared by @gbluez.

no dear i checked long time back my hti box is with out nxp chip

Dear have you checked with the latest one, if not then download from links given below, check it for NXP Chip with Hardware Malfunction & post result.

Latest HTI firmware version is 00.50
please Update HTI by using "Update HTI" button !
