Click on UPDATE HTI , when operation will start Remove HTI box from cable after 5 sec connect Box again ( If server OK ) sure your box will update

Just follow the Onscreen intruction. Your box will update succesfully.

Maybe server problem. Try to update from MXKey Software.
if fail, try to update using HTI Firmware Updater, and try to change server 1 by 1.

i get the same error i tried from software and from updater i tried in windows 7 and win xp both with clean installations and still im unable to update

maybe a way to update from the rj45 socket instead of usb for those users with problems i have the updater cable for the robo-clip my guess is the pinout should be compatible please manole we cant use the full powwer of mx-box like this

latest HTIUpdate tool is 3.5rev0.6.

install 3.5rev1.1, on C:\mobileEx\3.5, run HTIUpdate.exe, choose any server that work for you.

there are 4 servers, have you tried to change it?

i renew my words above:

latest HTIUpdate tool is 3.5rev0.6.

install 3.5rev1.2, on C:\mobileEx\3.5, run HTIUpdate.exe, choose any server that work for you. set it from Option.

u know any DFU mode for enter box boot mode amy be u r exes dont enter bootmode?

hi,
- unplug your HTI
- open HTIUpdater, press update, plug HTI immediately.

the first 10 seconds when you plug to usb, device is in DFU mode.

this can be done by using mobileEx exe or HTIUpdater.

hi,
do you have the same error also when you are using mobileEx 3.5rev1.2 to update HTI directly?
also try to choose another server on mobileEx.

this should be done easier

will check from my side also.
