HTI Green box dead - GSM-Forum

I have this box but recently he is dead , when i plug usb cable only red led 3 power is on (don´t blink only light) but windows don´t detect hardware, any solution?
In this situation, could i buy a new box with discount?

Friend! If you have Box in warranty send to reseller.Discount on a new one? No. ..Try to see if the Forum has solution. There are many posts with the same problem.

In fact i read some post about the same problem, i have checked some transistors in the box but is ok.
Where to buy a new cheap box ?
