HTI interface error in unlock BB - GSM-Forum

dear all,

somebody help me please....(especially for mx/hti team)
since doing upgrade and shyncronize(3.5 rev 1.3) my hti cannot connect with all blackberry devices...so i cannot unlock BB. its seems ok before by using mx dongle(old green version),but no lucky in hi tech interface(HTI)
anybody having problem like me ? did the problem solved...???

chronology:
first ,shown the type & pin blackberry as detected as usually ,than i select that type to process...,but when i klik connect button , the type & pin blackberry that shown before disappeared...then i restart to the first process again but no luck.....

what should i do now...???

you have the same problem?

try to repair mxkey installation first.

any screenshots?
is the BB password protected?
can you calculate the codes manually?
did you do a fresh install?
there is so much info missing... that not even gbluez can help you dude.
