hti interface instalaion error(ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

hi there i installed hti interface on my computer it worked fine but connecting as interface software asked to update box for better performance i updated it and know security dongle can,t b detected by the interface i tried all solution and drivers given in this section but computer know is unable to install this driver shown in the pic i also uninstaled and instaled again the drivers but same problem any solution wd b apreciated thanx

hi,
please update driver manually.
all your needed is inside C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\hti

i ve tried every singles method given here before updating hti it was working fine but after tht its not everytime i installed the hti i did it manually ,

I have the same problem I do not recognize the dongle ...

uninstall driver then re install again....

Delete the conflicted driver. DoScan for hardware changes. when new hardaware detected, install the driver manually. Don't use automatic search for driver.
Choose install from a list or specifc location.

Choose Don't search. I will choose the driver to install.

Choose Have Disk

The browse to c:\MobileEx\3.5\Data\Drivers\HTI
Choose HTI Smartcard Reader (WinUSB)

hi,

installing mxbox is very easy...

now..uninstall all..

mobile ex set-up..

hti flasher...restart pc...

take clean installation...

install mobile ex exe...3.5 1.2..

then locate all drivers here hti/smart card

C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\hti

my problem continues, but when installing the expert mobile 3.5, I get the following error
