HTI offline firmware updater ## - GSM-Forum

Hi! Mr. Manole, I want to know will your support team release offline updater for MXKEY v3.5 revision 1.4. I can't update my HTI interface with v00.24 firmware online, always get errors.

Win 7 64 Ultimate SP1:

Initializing HTI ...
HTI initialized.
ERROR: Function name: HID_UPD_SendRecCmd Error number: 01
ERROR: Function name: HID_UPD_ReadBoxInfo Error number: 01
ERROR: Function name: HID_UPD_WriteApplication Error number: 03

Win XP 32 Pro SP3 @ WMware (Tried all 4 servers. Updated before to v00.17 without any problems):

Initializing HTI ...
HTI initialized.
Boot Version: 7
Serial: 000035C2
Connecting to server:
ERROR: Connect failed (connect()): Error 0
ERROR: Receive buff error no: 0x00
ERROR: Function name: HID_UPD_WriteApplication Error number: 04

maybe server is down.now server is verry good.

On HTI update failed with logs "update service temporary down"

All you have to do is wait and retry. It's never really down. It's some kind of our traffic limiter. You will have your turn any time.

stand alone FW updater - not possible.
