HTI Plus error! (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

A few days ago I bought HTI Plus and can not do any flash! I have this error when I bought it! The cable is good because if you use another box goes OK! I suspect to be defective HTI box! What can I do to solve this problem?

I understand that HTI is defective? Expect an official response!

two reason for that output logs:
- phone not detected due to bad pin contact / wrong cable while using jig type cable.
reversed polarity while using jig type cable for long time and too often will also damaged the box
- box not deliver any voltage to phone.

measure voltage on battery pins, will explain the exact reason.

bro. you have to return box to reseller for replace as it is defected & no other option from mxkey team too as i think so.

Excluded cables! Here's the same phone, same cable but the interface ATF! Terminal voltage is 4.88.
