HTI unable to connect to phones (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

I have the same problem, the phone goes into local mode but the hti did not communicate with the phone "when i press scan", but when i press check i got

maybe bugs in latest version... most people got this issue...

i experienced it myself sometimes...

when i updated to latest version it works 3 times only then i got that problem!!!

strange. it's only work 3 times after update?

i suggest you to send it back to reseller for FREE exchange.

Sir my reseller refuse to x change my box, saying that this box is out of warranty(exceeds 3 months, guarantee period according to him...)

Any Suggestion except to buy new one right now...?/

Hi, Exactly the same problem with mine after upgrading to latest fw and sw ver...

. Now I only use it for usb flashing

. It´s a shame because it´s a very good tool.

I don't see why some people never take time to do some browsing around in this forum and find anything related to their problems before they shoot their *****. One problem request can be started by many of us. There you will find your answer in it.

Ever since I bought my mxkey (green) and HTI, I myself had the same problems you guys have. But the answers are in other users threads. Also, installation of the latest version 1.6 never had problems with it.

Take time to read around....
