I Cant run mobileEx 3.5 (rev1.1) MXBOX? (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

Hi , i cant run mxbox software from my pc , and when i click to start show me this always.

X windows cannot access the specified device,path or file.You may not have the apropriate permissions to access the item.

I dont know why , also i cannot open nokia flasher from module mxbox.

I have unistall , install same situation!

Can anyone tell me what's going on ?

did you enable administration right on your system?
else, please exclude it from your anti virus program.

Yes mate , i have worked with mxbox till now.

Today show me this , antivirus was not a problem , bcs my antivirus was guaranty this.

even if antivirus was not a problem,it might start to see it as an untrusted application.

so just check if mx box software is excluded in your antivirus or disable it temporarily and see if it works.

also try to execute from you c drive directly rather than shortcut on desktop

I'm trying to start from E:\mobileEx\3.5 , but same i cant start.

Only i can start HTIUpdate and i'm updating without any problem.

But soft i cant open.
Antivirus now are disabled.

gbluez , i have remove icon from my pc antivirus and was software working then.
But problem was again the same.

hi,
- please move your backup data base to some where safe, delete your mobileex folder.
- let's try our new setup 3.5 rev1.2 and do synchronize folder after.

never turn off anti virus, just add mxkey to exclusion list / trusted app / what ever it called.

I Can't run this update.
my computer's eviroment: AMD Athlon 2500+, NIVIDIA video card 128MB,XP SP3,1G RAM
when I open it.there are five errors.then the process of mxkey dead and gone.

error 4th: a dynamic link library (DLL) process attach failed!
error 5th: exception EIntfError in module mobileEx.exe at 0011FB3E.
sorry,there was some problem in c:\mobileEX\3.5\mobileEx.lib
please reinstall the application or check support for updates to fix the problem

I have this problem too!!

Update 3.5 ver 1.0 gone without problem.
all updates after 3.5 ver 1.2 give me this errors.
my computer's eviroment: AMD Athlon 1700+, Radeon video card 128MB,XP SP3,768Mb RAM

I have this problem too!! but mx-teem have no slution---Update 3.5 ver 1.0 gone without problem---plz if anybody have a slution help us mx teem not interested in this problem
