i cant sign application or connect to server

i have tried to sign application it fails,i cannot get server list i have tried for seven days now i cant even unlock 1661 nothing works.i give up on mx-key it just does not work

i am using v3.4 rev 1.0 which is the latest and tried everything from disabling antivirus installing and re-installing but when i checked the mobile.xml file and tried to ping
mx-key.biz it directs me to some page

server is ok try now, your problem will 100% solved

using ver 3.3 i can get server list but with 3.4 nothing happens just hangs on negotiating server this update is pure hell
