i cant write dct4+ rpl

i cant write dct4+ rpl..
always show this error ...
any 1 tel me whats the problem??

There are 2 metods to request rpl dct4 data
1.Auto ( you already doing that)
2.Manual ( by type imei and select asic id)
Try use manual metod with tick "manual"

same with me i got same problem, still error when req dct4 rpl, may be server had problem for now just wait for mx team for repair.
