I got a new problem with MX Key.Please solve my Problem. - GSM-Forum

When I open MX Key software it was not open it shows this error.I got this problem just now.5 mins back also working perfect.But suddenly This problem is occured.Please solve this problem.My dongle Details are here:

Serial : C0801756
FW version: 00.20
Counter remain: 96.31%
Licenses: 0 = True
1 = True
2 = True

I got this error when I open MX Key software.

Please solve my problem as early as possible.Thank you.

Before this error message one more error message came.That is list index out of bounds.

Yes Sir.I done all process.Just 5 mins back also It was working perfect.When I got this error message I uninstall total software and Install freshly.I signed the application also.I connected to UFS as Interface and when I open Nokia service tool after that this error message came.What is this problem.Why it was occur?Please solve my problem.Please.It was urgent.Thank you for your fast responce.

windows problem first install new window then install setup 1.6 i hope mx-key work perfect on u r pc

Dont plug mx key dongle.
uninstall / remove mxkey completely.
Install mobileEx_setup_v3.3_rev1.6(20100213).exe

This is the modular update file. Right click > Save As...
==========================================
www.mxkey.biz/modules/nk.mx >> Put it on C:\mobileEx\3.3\modules
www.mxkey.biz/modules/bb.mx >> Put it on C:\mobileEx\3.3\modules
www.mxkey.biz/modules/mobileEx.lib >> Put it on C:\mobileEx\3.3

Now plug mxkey dongle, start mobileEx. Do App sign.
